Summer 2025 Internships

Our 2025 internship programme is now open for applications! We’re looking for individuals seeking the first step on the path to a career in comms.
Taking place between April to September 2025, the four-week paid placement will give you hands-on experience in the discipline(s) of your choice. You’ll receive 120 hours of one-on-one time with our industry professionals, working on live client briefs. Choose from consumer PR, B2B PR, consumer social, B2B social or content – or combination of the above, tailored to suit you.
No experience or qualifications are necessary; more important is a curiosity for the industry, a hunger to learn, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Application process: We will contact all applicants after the deadline to let you know whether you have been successful in being shortlisted for interview.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30-minute virtual chemistry conversation with Rebecca Williams, director of people and planning, in February. A further shortlist will then be invited to an in-person interview to deliver a short presentation. All questions will be supplied in advance, and offers will be made by the end of March 2025.
