Position
[Junior] PR and Content Executive
This is a not-to-be-missed opportunity to join the consumer team at PR Week’s Best Agency Outside London.
We’re looking for a (Junior) PR and Content Executive to start in June or July 2025. You’ll have the opportunity to work on some of the UK’s biggest brands, while being mentored by some of the best PR brains in the business.
Industry experience is a benefit, but more important is a curiosity for the industry, a hunger to learn, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. The successful candidate will excel in four areas:
- Copywriting will form a large part of the day-to-day, so writing must be a passion. You’ll be able to quickly and accurately write press releases and social posts which are both engaging and entertaining.
- A confidence to communicate is also imperative – you’ll be willing to pick up the phone to journalists to persuade them to run your story over anyone else’s.
- Client liaison will be a responsibility which will build over time, which is why a client-first attitude is essential; you’ll understand how to build a relationship based upon trust.
- Finally, we’re looking for someone who is results-focused and will leave no stone unturned to secure great coverage for their clients.
If this sounds like you, please send your CV to joinus@wpragency.co.uk. For further information, call 0121 456 3004 and ask for Mel Palmer.
- Closing date: Wednesday 30 April 2025
- Start date: June/July 2025
- Salary: £24,500 (Junior PR and Content Executive) / £26,000 (PR and Content Executive)
