The Challenge
To launch Ronnie Wood’s new art exhibition, Raw Instinct – with just one week’s notice, only 35 minutes of his time on the night and no images of the collection in advance of the event.
The Idea
The plan was simple: to use our precious time with the Rolling Stone wisely, prioritising the media and syndicating content as quickly as possible after the event.
The Results
- We secured a five-minute piece on that night’s ITV News at 10
- This was quickly followed by 50 other pieces of coverage including MailOnline (three times), a double-page spread in the Sunday Express, BBC Online, the Daily Mail, the Mirror, The Sun, The Huffington Post, NME, Tatler, Marie Claire, Hello and the Express
- Every article mentioned Castle Fine Art and gave details of the collection
- The collection itself was a sell-out success, beating all sales targets almost overnight
