I gained so many insights into PR over the five days I was at WPR. Working with WPR gave me the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks in different departments. I had the chance to see how everything works in B2B, B2C, content writing, and social media. Everyone was extremely welcoming, patient, and helpful. The experience has definitely increased my interest in working towards a career in PR.

Joanna Next Gen Level One

I’ve had such a great time at WPR as an intern. I’m very thankful to all the numerous people that took me on and showed me the ropes. I loved that I was able to move around to the different teams each week to get a real understanding of PR and thoroughly enjoyed all the tasks I was set in the B2B, B2C and content teams. I’d also like to emphasise what an amazing environment and culture WPR has fostered. Every single person was kind, welcoming and supportive and it’s no wonder the agency has been voted as one of the best employers to work for – the free Kombucha helped too!

Ryan Next Gen Level three

It was one amazing week of knowledge, and I got to learn a lot under amazing managers. I am extremely impressed by the work culture and ethics of the company.

Ankit Next Gen Level One

I had the best week and found it very helpful in confirming that PR is the career I want to pursue. It was very valuable to learn about all the sides of PR and the whole team were very welcoming.

Emma Next Gen Level One

I have loved working with such a diverse range of clients, as it has given me an understanding of how client needs differ between industries and even between companies. Getting to work with different members of the team has also been a highlight; experiencing different work styles and doing different tasks, allowing me to build a wider picture of day-to-day life in a PR agency.

EllenNEXT GEN LEVEL THREE

The WPR Next Gen Level 2 programme exceeded expectations as everyone I worked with was very collaborative and open to answering any questions. It was an exceptional experience, helping me learn and understand PR in more depth while enjoying it immensely.

RaianNEXT GEN LEVEL TWO

The 5-day work experience at WPR was an enriching experience, where I was offered a continuous learning curve with diverse tasks each day. The supportive and friendly team significantly contributed to my positive experience fostering a learning environment.

ReetNEXT GEN LEVEL ONE

I gained hands-on practice in press release writing, news monitoring and reporting which allowed me to develop a better grasp of effective media relations strategies. My favourite experience was with the B2C social media team…where I showcased my skills in content curation, trend analysis, influencer relations and ideating creative campaigns.
